[c) Interconnection between bus bar and switchgears /cable shall be rigidly supported and made out by flexible copper wires (up to 63 amp ) and by solid bus bar (>63 amp ) . control wiring will be carried out with 1.5 Sq.mm, Earth wire with 2.5 Sq.mm and CT with 2.5 sq.mm flexible copper wire only. All joints / interconnections of copper bus bar shall be dully tinned . Clearance between main bus bar and risers / metal parts shall be at least 10 mm additional to width of bus bar Bus bar is insulated by Heat Shrinkable sleeves . Earth and Neutral bus bar shall be half of the size of phase bus bar. ( Cost of Bus bar / Flexible wire for Interconnection between Main busbar and Switchgear is to be Paid Extra )

(d)Wiring between components within switchgear and Incoming / outgoing cable shall be done through the terminal block only. Direct connection shall not be permitted. Each terminal block shall be one piece moulded, barrier type, 650 volt grade, complete with washers, heads, studs with two nuts and identification strips and shall have adequate continuous current rating. For tap-offs, adjacent terminals with shorting strips shall be used. 10% Spare terminal blocks shall be provided. Wire identification on marking strip shall correspond to the designation of the wiring diagrams. All wire terminals on the equipment shall also be marked with designation corresponding to those of the wiring diagram.

(e)All wiring shall be enclosed in plastic channels and neatly bunched and closed in metering chamber, Wiring between terminals of various devices shall be ‘point to point’ (no wire splitting or tee connections) with wires neatly trucked along the back of the panels, adequately supported to prevent sagging.

(f)Floor mounted panel shall be mounted on Base frame of ISMC channel size 100 x 50 x 5 mm ( to be paid Extra )

(g) Tests: The insulation resistance (with 1000 V Megger) and High voltage Power frequency test (by applying a voltage of 2.5KV for one minute) shall be measured between phases, between phase and neutral and between phase and earth. both before and after high voltage power frequency test. The insulation resistance shall not be less than three megaohm. CT Secondary current injection test shall also be carried out.

(h) only outer surface area on all sides shall be measured & panel to be fabricated only from CPRI approved fabricator only (CPRI Test certificates to be submitted)All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. (a) Mixing Box: Mixing box with manually operated fresh air and return air dampers in aluminium construction

(b)Pre filter section: Pre-Filter (EU-4) section complete with 50mm thick washable synthetic fibre filters. Velocity across the filters shall not exceed 500 FPM. Filters shall have efficiency not less than 90% down to 10 Microns (EU-4/MERV-8). Filter material shall be non combustible type.

(c) Fine Filter section: Fine filter section with 305 mm thick fine filetrs complete with fine filters. Velocity across fine filters shall not exceed 500FPM. Filters shall have efficiency not less than 99% down to 3 Microns (EU-7/MERV-13). Filter material shall be non combustible type.

(d) Coil Section: Coil section with 6 row (3+3) deep chilled water cooling coil/ DX cooling coil of copper tube & copper header and aluminium fins construction having wall thickness of tubes not less than 0.5mm. Drain pan shall be made out of 18 gauge SS-304 duly insulated with 13mm thick closed cell elastomeric insulation with class 'O' fire retardant properties. Face velocity across cooling coil shall not exceed 500FPM. - Space Provision for coil to be provided. Drain Pan with drain arrangement to be provided for coil at this stage.

SITC of AMCA Certified (For Air and Sound Performance) tube axial flow fan in standard M.S. construction. Entire fan model & AMCA Seal shall appear in technical submittal of fan. All the fans are synthetic enameled painted/hot dip galvanized with minimum 220 GSM Zinc Coating and complete with bird screen at inlet. The electric motor coupler shall be squirrel cage induction motor (IE-2 type) confirming to IS - 325 IP55 with class `H' insulation. Motor shall be of high temperature resistance "Class H Smoke Spill" 250° C for 2 hrs. Fan shall be EN 12101-3 Certified & CE/UL Listed for high temperature. Fan efficiency should not be less than 70 %, noise level should not be more than 80 db @ 3 m distance when measured in hemispherical reverberant room conditions for Normal mode Fans and noise level should not be more than 90 db @ 3 m distance when measured in hemispherical reverberant room conditions for Emergency mode Fans.
