M&L for GI wire 4mm dia as continuous earth wire, guarding and craddles to OH line including binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing pin type porcelain vitreous insulator 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade including galvanised mild steel spindle, one nut and two washers complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing shackle type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown and green of size 75 mm height and 90 mm dia incl galvanised MS straps 31x3mm size ,washers,insulator bolt 12 mm dia and nut for working pressure 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified.

M&L for loop insulator, vitreous, porcelain, white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 50x140mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete.

M&L for work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for scraping, scretching, cleaning the old paint, preparation of the steel surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint on 9m long LT steel tublar pole and writing pole No including applying one coat of cement base paint on PCC muff all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for scraping, scretching, cleaning the old painted surface of concrete and applying Black & White strip 30cm a part alternaterly up to 1.5Mtr height from ground level on 9m long LT PCC pole with one coat of synthetic enemel paint including preparation of surface & writing pole Nos. & applying one coat of cement base paint on PCC muff & remaining portion of the pole all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for dismantaling of old/unserviceable PCC poles/struts any type and size.

Supply & install steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP -31 (9 Mtr long) complete with CI base plate and finial including foundation with following work: (a). Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum each, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and well ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface. (b) PCC M-7.5 grade (Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in base (0.90m x 0.60m x 0.15m height) as in lean concrete. (c) PCC M-10 grade (Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete of size 0.60m x 0.60m x 1.5m height. (d) PCC M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping (0.45m x 0.60m 0.45m height) including necessary formwork. (e) M&L for applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making alternate colour bands of black & yellow colours in 30 cm width upto a height of 1.5 mtr from pole coping with synthetic enamelled paint complete. (f) M&L for applying one coat of bitumenous paint to tubler pole below GL.

M&L for stay assembly complete with MS stay plate 300x300x6mm thick galvanized stay rod not less than 20mm dia, 2.15 M long galvanized stay bow, galvanized thimble,stay clamp etc. all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR part-I Note:- Excavation,earthwork,cement concrete loop type insulators and stay wire shall be included in the item rates.

Stringing of existing overhead LT line ACSR conductor of any size opening /dismentling of jumpers and ACSR conductors from insulators and connecting after stringing inclusing required ACSR conductore/connectors of following span of conductors :-

Cutting wild grass, bushes, creaper, unwanted vegetation from inside / surrounding of E/M installations, near transformers, pole structures etc including cutting creapers from barbed / cattle fencing of the installations as when directed and removing of unwanted material from installation compound and depositing where directed. (Note : (a) The item shall be operated maximum three times in entire period of contract in the same installations. (Area measured separately each time).

Labour & tools for trimming tree branches upto 100 mm girth of any location around existing HT/LT OH lines giving clearance of 1.5 m on all sides complete. Note:- Trimming of tree branches irrespective in numbers in each tree shall be measured as one unit.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enemel paint including preparation of steel surface after minor repair to LT panels including welding work/repair to door/ hinge etc as required at site complete all as specified and as directed

Cost of taking down carefully from existing position after disconnecting electric connections, sealing cable ends, bringing to MES store yard (If required for repair), is deemed to be included under unit rate quoted. (ii) Cost of supply and fixing of major items required to make the lights serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under item No 50.01 to 50.03 of this schedule. (iii). Cost of items or works not mentioned under item 50.01 to 50.03 and however required to make the lights serviceable will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iv) Contractor shall be responsible for done day to day repair / Maint works as per schedule and directed by Engr-in-Charge alongwith all necessary required Tool & Plant & vehicle (for timely repair) sothat make a functional all security / street lights in the station without any any extra cost.

Note for Item No 55 to 60 : All LED Street Light / Flood Lights luminaire with electronic driver should have 10 KV surge voltage protection, Output Open / Short Circuit protection, Phase to Phase protection, Over Voltage protection, PF ≥ 0.9 and total harmonic distortion of THD ≤ 10%, voltage range of 140-280V , Luminaire should have top maintanable driver compartment for easy access to driver during maintenance. The driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of ≥ 85%.

Note : (i) Labour / Tools / Ladder / Vehicle for Cutting / Pruning / trimming of tree branches shall be provided by contractor and rate for the same are included in the quoted rate of item.

Unbinding from insulators and restreching of ACSR conductor of LT Over head electric line (any size & type) on PCC / steel tubular poles (9 Mtr) including binding with fresh binding wire of 2mm dia aluminium wire including checking and tightening of nut & bolts of cross arms,bracing and checking of insulators any type and replace broken insulator with new (any type) etc complete all as specified and as directed. by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) For payment purpose distance between consecutive poles will measured irrespective of Nos of conductor Runs . (ii) LT insulator (Pin / shackle type insulator porcelain ) with Nut & bolts and pieces of ACSR conductor required for jointing shall be included in quoted rates of items

Supplying and fixing in replacement of MCB TPN 415 Volt volts 50 Hz AC of rating 63 to 100 Amp including connection complete all as directed.

Supply and fix LED 12W lamp suitable for normal holder( Base Cap B22) complete all as specified. Make :- C&S /Wipro/Halonix/CG/Bajaj/Skska.

Taking down unserviceable solar street lgit fittings of any type/wattage/make etc for repairing including checking for repair/repalcement of underviceable parts as required and making the light fittings operatioal to give rated illumination by realing unserviceable spare parts and refixing the same at existing location or any other location including connection complete al as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of taking down carefully from existing position, bringing to MES store yard(If required for repair), is deemed to be included in this item quoted rates. (ii) Cost of supply and fixing of major items required to make the lights serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under item No 80.01 to 80.05 of this schedule.
