SCHEDULE A BOQ
Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down rolling shutter of size not exceeeding 6 sqm area, straightening of curtains, making good of edges, guide chanels, necessary riveting/welding, repairing to hood cover, rotating shaft and refixing the same after repair, greasing the guide channel to make smooth functioning, replacement of steel spring, ball bearing etc if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Replacement of parts shall be measured and paid seperatly as supply only under respective item).

Supply only Rolling shaft of rolling shutter of 40mm dia medium grade mild steel pipe made to shape & size complete all as specified.
Supply only ball bearing of suitable size for rolling shutter of make SKF/NBC complete all as specified.
Supply only mild steel pipe 25mm dia , medium grade, suitable to operate the gear box system by crank handle complete all as specified.
Supply only bevel gear box and crank handle for rolling shutters complete all as directed and specified.
Taking down steel gate of any descriptiion of size n. exc 6 Sqm per leaf and re-fixing the same after carried our necessary repair, such as welding, jointing cleats, taking down wrought members and replaced with new one to match with existing one, fixing of rollers, repair of running rails and guides and one coat of synthetic paint to match with existing one complete all as directed and specified.

Wall/ceiling cladding with 4mm thick aluminium composite panel (colour as approved by GE) fixed with aluminium snap grid of size 60 cm x 60 cm using extruded aluminium section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixed with cleats,fasteners etc , gap will be sealed with silicon sealant appropriate grade complete all as specified and as directed
(I) Cladding shall be non-toxic composite aluminium panels of adequate strength with approved aluminium details. The panels shall be 4 mm thick composite units finished with PVDF coating minimum 35 micron thick of approved metallic colour. The resin content of the PVDF coating shall be minimum 75%. The back of the panel shall be chromatised minimum 3 micron thick, compatible with adhesives for stiffeners if any or given a polymer coating. The insulation fill of the composite panel shall be non-toxic on burning. (II) The fabrication and installation of the cladding systems shall be carried out as per manufacturer’s instructions with invisible / concealed fastenings, aluminium sub-structure, silicon sealants properly tooled etc. All cladding panels of one kind shall be obtained in one lot from the manufacturers. Each panel shall be guaranteed for a minimum flatness of ±1 mm from the true face after installation under nowind conditions (III) Structural welds shall be made by certified welders and shall conform to the general recommendations and regulations of AWS Specification D1.0-46. (IV) Shop painting of Carbon Steel Item of carbon steel, unless galvanised or scheduled for other finish, shall be thoroughly cleaned of all Loose scale, filings, dirt and other foreign matter and shall be painted with zinc chromate primer
Brick work with fly ash brick subclass 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing brick work as directed
Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 jallies, 45mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding but excluding frame set in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.
Reinforced Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.
M&L Mild steel TMT bar of 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length to shape required 1 cranking and bending spirally for hooping column and like incl binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia
Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or stone or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling fencing wire mesh, barbed wire any type and any size
Excavating in post holes (or similar' holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 mm.
M&L Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2 40mm graded aggregate.
M&L Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) as lean concrete and foundation concrete, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.
M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide.
Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh size and type of to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, Dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer ,15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 including taking down existing tile and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Vitrified tiles are classified under group B1a of the international Standard for ceramic tiles ISO: 13006. Tiles shall be hard, dense, impervious and frost resistant. Water absorption of tiles shall be less than 0.5% and flexural strength (Modulus of Rupture) shall be more than 35 N/Sqmm. (b) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.
