Hire charges for Rainproof Arabian tents of required size erected with necessary rain gutter in superior thick fabric material for tent joints firmly fixed on the tents with proper supports and slope to drain the collected water smoothly and ensure leak proof joints. The Rainproof Arabian tents are to be assembled using MS rectangular sections of size 50mm x 50mm for 4 nos of supporting vertical legs and 4nos of lateral horixontal supports connected with 50mm dia MS circular pipes 4 nos at slanting roof portion using bolt and nut joints to proper ensure stability. The assembled MS sections are covered at top using rainproof fabric materials and the ceiling portion is covered with good quality washed cloth decorative frill stitched material fixed firmly to give a neat appearance. The legs are to be covered using neat fabric decorative cloth to give a neat appearance. The assembled tent is to be placed at approved location in proper position with necessary stay ropes tied firmly to a nearby support to ensure additional safety against sway movements due to heavy winds. The rate includes labour charges for lift and lead, placing the tent in proper alignment and adjustments as per the requirement of the function layout approved by the competent authorities including urgent / emergency / night works, watch and ward charges, conveyance charges, rent for tent materials, maintenance cost, etc., The tent is to be dismantled and the respective damaged portions are to be made good as original condition and the materials are to be removed immediately after the function is over and taken away from the campus after approval., etc, complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for supplying and placing plastic armed chairs including loading, unloading, placing and removing them after the function is over including watch and ward charges etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Labour and hire charges for supplying and spreading superior quality high density, non-woven fabric or plush nylon-wool bend floor carpet synthetic matt of approved colour designed to provide luxurious appearance for functions. The carpet is to be fixed on the floor with good quality adhesive tapes for joints, double sided tapes for carpet overlap joints, reflective caution tapes at level difference portions, cutting to required size properly wherever found necessary to ensure the uniform straight alignmentand wrinkle free fixation for neat appearance. The rate includes labour charges for lift and lead, spreading, fixing including urgent / emergency / night works, watch and ward charges, conveyance charges, rent for carpet material, cost of consumables like tapes, knife blades, etc., The fixed carpet is to be removed immediately after the function is over and taken away from the campus after approval, etc, complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire and labour charges for supplying and fixing of side wall arrangements including loading, unloading and removing them after the function is over including watch and ward charges etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the existing statue with two coats of MRF or equivalent brand paint of approved quality and colour including cleaning the statue, painting the statue with necessary brushes and finishing neatly etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of point, surfaces, labour charges and necessary ladder / scaffolding arrangements and all other incidential charges.

Hire charges for wooden stage of 24'x16'x2-6” (ave) near devar statue using 40mm thick country wood planks as base and 19mm thick commercial plywood at top which are supported by 3”x3” C.W frames as vertical supports and tied with 3”x2” C.W. frame as runners in both direction .The vertical supports are spaced at 2m interval in both direction.The top is finished with polyvinyl flooring of approved design and quality.The 3 sides of the stage are provided withhand rails madeup of 2’x2’ C.W.frames for hand rails and 3”x2” c.w.frames for balustrades.The hand rails are covered with white cloth. The cost includes labour charges , cost of paste, wire nail such as etc., complete with necessary steps with handrail arrangements and removing the same after the function is over etc., complete with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing wooden platform with sufficient leg supports to required height for Press gallery. The cost is inclusive of Loading and unloading charges, labours charges for forming the above and other incidental charges and removing them properly after the function is over clearing the debris if any and etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers before use on works.
