Construction of pathway and other public amenities at Udaygiri and Khandagiri Caves, Bhubaneswar for 2025-26

Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm. on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Site-in-charge for Ramp from Rani Gumpha to Ganesh Gumpha of Udayagiri, Bhubaneswar.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete for Ramp, pathway and Steps from Rani Gumpha to Hati Gumpha of Udayagiri, Bhubaneswar.

Providing and fixing PVC 110mm dia 4kg/Sqcm (PVC SWR type A) for drainage system and draining of rain water including cutting, fitting and testing etc all complete at Pathway and Ramp of Udayagiri, Bhubaneswar.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) of specified\ grade all work up to plinth level at pathway, Steps and Ramp from Rani Gumpha to Hati Gumpha at Udayagiri hill side, Bhubaneswar.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete for ramp near Ranigumpha and Ganesh Gumpha of Udayagiri, Bhubaneswar.

Providing and fixing of Sal wood battens in Ramp, including making / cutting groups to wood for ant script surface and painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture complete for ramp near Ranigumpha and Ganesh Gumpha, Bhubaneswar.

Providing and laying local sand stone (chisel dressing up to required finishing) Ramp, Steps and Pathway of required thickness as per original with sand stone obtained from approved quarry with a wearing coat of 20 mm thick Cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Provision of Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered Pointing on stone work at stone Steps , Ramp and Pathway from Rani Gumpha to Hati Gumpha with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including pigment colour for matching the stone colour and water curing the pointing surface and work at Udayagiri., Bhubaneswar.

Providing and fixing of rectangular FRP Portable Security Cabin FRP cabin of 4.5’X4.5’X7.5’ having one no. of door in one side with 01 no. aluminum sliding windows in one side, door made of FRP & window made out of anodised Aluminium framing with glass, the cabin is to be in moulding made of FRP 3 mm thick for wall and roof, flooring is to be of Sandwiched laminate with a FRP laminated surface, the clear height of the Cabin Floor is to be minimum 6” from the bottom of the floor, the roof has to be made of FRP with decorative sides and insulated to put water purifier machines for Public Drinking water shade including water storage Tank in overhead and electrical wiring as per machine for drinking water at Top Hill of Udayagiri near Ganesh Gumpha, Bhubaneswar. (Permission should be obtained prior to the execution of work.)

Providing, fixing and installing of water cooler (Zero-B) with purifier, capacity 120 LPH with UV including testing etc all complete including connect CPVC pipe from storage tank to drinking water shade and testing etc all complete.at top hill of Udayagiri near Ganesh Gumpha, Bhubaneswar. (Permission should be obtained prior to the execution of work.)
