Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation / fixing pole / laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25 cm thick using excavated soil all as directed.

Removing excavated Soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply & lay XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing etc including taking down old cable complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & lay XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 25 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing etc including taking down old cable complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanized steel wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, medium grade, and 15 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm) with cast iron frame, with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion. Note:-Quoted rates shall be deem to include for earth wire with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground electric cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: for measurement purpose punned thickness of sand only will be considered.

Supply and laying common burnt bricks of sub class ‘B’ laid flat at right angle on the cable complete all as directed in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip fixed to wall/ chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit (pipe/fixed to poles) of any type or any other situation for loop earthing etc with GI strip of size 25 X 4mm complete all as specified by Engg-in-charge

Material & labour in replacement for 80 mm dia bore GI steel tubing light grade for protection of cable / earth continuity conductor fixed to poles / walls / roof or laid in floors, road, crossing or ducts fixed with clamps , bolts nuts and washer etc including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully voltage stabilizer of any size and capacity and material and labour for complete overhauling of the burnt windings of the voltage stabilizer with copper winding of suitable gauge including refixing, connecting, testing and commissioning the stabilizer including carrying out on load test after rewinding of voltage stabilizer complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dehydration / filtration of voltage stabilizer oil of voltage stabilizer of various capacities installed at different locations in base hospital by disconnecting plants electrically for recirculation existing voltage stabilizer oil with trolley mounted filtration plant till dielectric strength is up to 45 KV to 50 KV. Note- Quoted rates shall be deem to include for following :- (i) Oil shall be tested after filtration and test result will be recorded before & after filtration of oil. (ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete. (iii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid in relevant item as required.

Supply & topping up of oil for voltage stabilizer up to required level for voltage stabilizers of dielectric strength 50 KV & above all as per IS specification.

M&L for painting of voltage stabilizer after cleaning the body surface of panel by rubbing with emery Paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray paint incl writing SM No/MES No as per existing pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling and removing of defective voltage stabilizer of following size and capacity, removing to workshop for repair, opening up and taking out coil, core and core assembly for estimation of repair and damaged parts cleaning/washing of tanks and removing the dust from all parts including cores, tanks, cooling tubes, removal of damaged parts making connection and re-assembling complete in all respects after repair of coils IC's, Regulators, Condensors, Triac, Transistors etc. respective cards nuts and bolts, refilling of transformer oil, installation and testing on full load for testing completely all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1. Spare parts and winding coils as mentioned under respective items of schedule shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. These shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer. Note 2. : The job also incl. shifting through crane with necessary accessories & to and from transportation from site to work shop and vise- versa. Note 3. : Spare parts and winding coils as mentioned under respective items of schedule shall be measured and paid for separately under item No 16 to 27.
