S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fitted in openings as per specification and drawing shown in SSR Part-II, complete all as specified.

S&F 30 mm thick factory made moulded PVC door (Wood free) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 20mm x 40mm for stiles as well as top, bottom & lock rail. M.S. frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make & manufacturer. Door edge lipping to be painted with PVC ink of matching colour of Plain/Prelam moulded PVC sheet of door 20 mm thick (5 mm x 4 nos.) thick PVC sheet to be given for lock provison at lock height complete as per manufacturer’s specification and drawing or direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over 2-3 mm thick JK/Birla wall care putty to achieve smooth finish surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces plastered or unplasted surface of wall by applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un- reinforced, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in foundation , filling and mass concrete all as specified

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in slope of 1:20 and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making joint at 3m interval and at each corner the joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling to full depth (comprising one part hot blown bitumen 85/25 and two part of sand), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub floor , sub base; concrete surface finished even & rough to receive topping floor/tiles finish/layer complete all as specified.

M&L for anti skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm, in flooring etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern incl one toilet paper holder, one health faucet and jet ingrated controlled by two way angle valve) incl plastic water closet seat white colour closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and MS CP aluminium/PVC hinging devices complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs, PVC valveless, dual type, syphonic action type flushing cistern, 10 litres capacity, plunger type, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float , 32 mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe 90cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs vitreous china bowl urinal, half stall, white complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2) securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, etc all as specified and directed.
