Providing and laying, spreading and compacting 0.396m3 of 45-22.40mm & 0.528m3 of 22.40-2.36mm & 0.396m3 of 2.36mm and below metal stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premix the materials with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage to mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clause 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying tack coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 7kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications.

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications.

Providing and laying 50mm compacted thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tones capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labor charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t C M P with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete using C M P clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications. Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 - 2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30/V bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity convyeing the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne vibratory / pneumatic roller to the required density etc including labour for attending to paver to site etc including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks ,paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, vibratory / pneumatic roller adn all other tools and plant required including fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH rev-5 Road Data 2022-23 (P - 19)

Manufacturing, supply & fixing of Retro-Reflective Road name sign board single arrow size 1.00x0.5m size made out if wide angle cuble corner micro prismatic grade sheeting configuring to IRC 67:2010& Type XI standards of ASTM 4956-09 specification and fixed over 2mm thick aluminum sheet back support frame of stainless steel supported by 32NB stainless steel pipe all round and 65NB pipe vertical post firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30cmx30cm 45cm complete. The information massage shall be made out of cutout letters in blue colors transparent overlay film as per IRC 67-201 guide lines 7years pre qualification warranty for of Retro-Reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacture & a certified copy of three outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. The sign board shall be Retro-Reflective type XI. The Retro-Reflective sheeting should have manufacture WATERMARK on the sheeting surface for identification and the reflective sheeting should be orientation free. This should be compulsorily be demonstrable.(RD P.NO.35)
