Earthwork excavation in all soils and sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15 cm thick watering , ramming ,depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification. as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23&24VI (S2), VII 9,10

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( One Part of Cement,Four Part of Sand and Eight Part of aggregates) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying,consolidating and curing etc complete as per the standard specifications. TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V,VI (S5A) VII

Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete complying with standard specification. TNDSS NO: 30&86

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, three part sand and six part of aggrigate) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.
