RequiredAffidavit-II -attested by a Notary to the effect that the tenderer or his representatives are not having any links with the Rice Millers/Mills/Rice Mill Lorry Owners Associations/Foodgrains Wholesale and retail dealers etc. and partners or representatives are not existing Stage-I contractors or FPS Dealers or their associate/hamali/hamali associations.

OptionalIn case of Firms, tenderers should furnish a copy of Registration of Firm.

OptionalCopy of the Registered Partnership Deed along with permanent and present address of the partners in case of Partnership firm with minimum one year of existence prior to notification of Foodgrains Tenders.

OptionalIn case of partnership firm, all the partners should give an authorization letter, duly signed authorizing the Managing Partner to act on behalf of the firms in this matter, if the same is not specified in the partnership deed.
