M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work with Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm after Complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two or more coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification

M & L applying water proofing treatment with the following stages/specification, complete all as specified and directed. STAGE 1:- Removal of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, tar felts etc including removal of debris to a distance exc 250m but n exc 500m & clean the roof surface throughly with wire brush & remove deleterious materials. STAGE 2:- Bitumen primer @ 0.40 lts/sqm or as per manufacturers instructions(manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane) shall be applied to the prepared roof, drain and all other surfaces where polymer modified membrane is to be laid. STAGE 3:- M & L Water proofing roof treatment, consisit of a five layered Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with LPG torch forced application over roof surface, with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm. STAGE 4:- A coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 100 gm/Sqm on top, including sealing all joints by thermo fusion, and one coat silver paint on it all as per manufacturer's instructions

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 on roof surface incorporating integral water proofing compound at 3% of weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slabs etc set in cement mortar (1:4) including use and waste of form work (reinforcement shall be measured and paid for relevant item) all as specified.
