Dismantling dressed stone work manually/ by mechanical means ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work, flag stones and the like including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres.

Dismantling baramulla stone work manually /by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 mtr including disposal of excavated earth as directed and disposed earth is to be leveled and nearly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed tightly including watering and ramming with all leads and lifts upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) including cost and carriages of materials as involved complete (crushed).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls ( any thickness), including attached pilasters, butresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and sturts, etc upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting binding placing in position complete using TMT bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for retaining walls, return walls, ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) including cost and carriages of materials as involved complete (crushed).

P/F of ornamental devri stones slabs /slates in cascades/slopes of waterfall of channel at site by way of cheiseling and straightening of edges with all exposed surfaces dressed in 1:3 mix cement mortar over a uniform layer of cement mortar 1:3 including pointing of joints etc complete ( thickness not less than 75 mm ) .

Labour charges for Refixing of fine cheiseled and dressed Devri stone in steps including risers and treads including reshaping and resising by way of cheiseling with all exposed surfaces cheiseled and dressed in 1:3 mix cement mortar including pointing of joints etc complete.

P/F of ornamental Devri Stone Cornice upto 100mm thick and 225mm wide in 1:3mix with pointing and all sorts of carriage complete.

Fine cheiseled and dressed Devri stone in flooring ( for paths,) including cheiseling with all exposed surfaces cheiseled and dressed in 1:3 mix cement mortar including pointing of joints etc complete ( thickness of stone is not less than 75mm - 225mm thick) .

P/F of fine cheiseled Devri stone foot crossing laid over series of 3 cut water nozing devri pedestals etc complete foot crossing thickness not less than 100mm thick complete job.

S/P/F/T and commissioning of following dia M.S flanged G.I pipes B class of approved make ( 100mm dia) with cost of M.S flanges 12mm thick cutting of threaded ends of pipes, welding of flanges, cost of nuts bolts, washers , all sorts of carriages and headloads with respective fixtures complete.

Providing fixing and testing of PVC pipes of approved make like Prince, Finolex etc ( B Type) for washout ( 75mm) including cost of allied accessories like elbows, bends etc and drilling holes in fountain body for washout and fixing of all pipe joints using required adhesive/solvent complete.

Cutting of threaded ends of pipes, welding of flanges, cost of nuts bolts ,washers , all sorts of earthwork upto 600mm deep, backfilling all sorts of carriages and headloads with respective fixtures complete.

P/F of ornamental heritage look fountain made cement concrete with chips mixture having devri finish including nozzele extention pipe including cost of chromium plated Brasss nozzles of required aperture etc complete height upto 600mm from channel bed complete with octogonal Devri stone fine cheiseled regular/symitrical pedestal with cost of all sorts of carriage and headloads complete.

Disposal of available excavated earth and levelling the samebeyond 50mts upto 1000mts within garden premises including loading, unloading etc complete.

Laying of cables partly through HDPE pipe including cost of earthwotk wherever required etc complete 50mm dia .

Provision for ETS ( electronic Total Station) survey for laying of alignment/layout of complete channel ( total length upto top side road) including providing of x-sections after every 50ft and providing print out of drawing of layout and x- sections on required size of paper so that each laid point is clearly visible complete job.

Fine cheiseled and dressed Devri stones in walls/sides of walls, steps, faces of walls of size 1'7" x 0'9" x0'8" including cheiseling with all exposed surfaces cheiseled and dressed in 1:3 mix cement mortar including pointing of joints etc complete.

Note: All items as advertised above are inclusive of all carriages/head loads of materials by manual or by mechanical means complete.
