Athletic Track Court (1 Court)-

Supply and installation of European/Australian/American IAAF approved Synthetic Athletics Track SANDWICH track system. The system should consist of application of 3 in situ installed self levelling layers broadcasted with rubber granules. This systems offers athletes maximum comfort and highest available performance and globally used in competitions. The particularity of this system lies in the application of a primer on the asphalt substructure, bottom and middle layers of liquid PU mixed with SBR granules, top layer of Liquid PU mixed as per manufacturer instructions and EPDM broadcasting on top. The system consumption ratios consists of application of primer layer of 0.25 kg/sqm, base layer of SBR granules (1-4mm) with 3kg/sqm mixed with binder 2.2 kg/sqm, middle layer of SBR granules (1-4mm) with 2kg/sqm mixed with binder 2.2 kg/sqm, top wear coat of liquid PU binder with consumption of 2.80 kg/sqm and EPDM granules of 1-4mm broadcasted in the range of 2.6 kg/sqm net. The system should be approved as IAAF class 1 with a certificate and line marking should be done as per the IAAF norms. The contractor shall test all material from IAAF accredited labortory to obtain class 1 IAAF certificate and all the charges borne by the contractor. all test results required according to DIN V 18035-6:2004-10.

Supplying and installation of competition equipment as per requirements / specifications laid down by IAAF and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Athletic Sports Equipment for Throwing event & Athletic Event ,manufacturer shall bear IAAF approval Number on certificate issued by the supplier.

Source, Supply, Deliver & Plant Bermuda grass on site by SODDING method in the slab (Approximatley Size of Roll 18'' X 5' long) as per FIFA requirement and directed by engineer in charge. The grass must be weed fee. Rate including all required fertilizer, pesticider & Chemical etc. complete for growing the turf. Spec. No.:- As directed by Engineer in charge

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all Irrigation/sprinkler Systeam as per sprinkler manufacturere specification, site conditions requirement, scope of work to make sprinkler systeam operate smoothly as per requirement of the football field and approval by client/consultant, Installation includes preparation of Shop drawings and all other items required for staisfactory performance of sprinkler system but not included in the supply items. MAINTENANCE: After planting the Turf grass, thereafter it will be maintained and manicured upto and including full Grwoth of Turf and therafter for 12 Months till the end of Defect liability period.Maintenance includes mowing, irrigation, fertilising, fungicide application, weed management , aeration, maintaining levels, scarifying , irrigation management etc as directed by the consultant .(Provide for NPK , Micro nutrients, Fungicide,Bio organic fertilisers)
