RequiredThe bidder may be any reputed, eligible and interested valid Registered contractors / firms / companies / agencies registered with concerned authority under relevant act and the bidder shall possess valid Government registration and same shall be uploaded.

RequiredAll the Cranes shall be in good condition and should have RTI registration in Telangana state valid for the entire contract period

RequiredThe bidder shall submit the latest IT Returns .

RequiredThe bidder should have minimum turnover of 100% of ECV. Bidder should submit turnover certificate certified by CA uploaded with UDIN number

RequiredThe bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

RequiredThe bidder shall submit the self-declaration on blacklisting and litigation history

RequiredThe bidder should submit the self-declaration on providing sufficient number of Slings / wire rope, ?D? Shackles, Cradles etc, for handling huge Idols along with cranes and shall produced for inspection of the departmental officers in two days advance.

RequiredThe bidder should have similar nature of work experience of 100% of ECV i.e (Engaging of cranes for Ganesh idol immersion or durgamatha idol immersion) and should submit / Upload the experience certificate from concerned drawing officer in any one year of last 10 financial years.

RequiredUploading of unnecessary and irrelevant document in tender may lead to disqualification of the bidder.

RequiredThe bidder must submit RCs of 1 nos owned Cranes of specified capacities (15 T and above) at the time of submission of bids.
