Demolition of Precast cement concrete block walling built in CM or Cement lime Mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry exc. 10 cm width with solid block C1 (1:3:6) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs Type B1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar, complete, in walls

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, riser of steps, skirting, dado etc laid in any mortar complete all as specified.

M&L for vitrified tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement, laid over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No 06 above but as in skirting / dados etc. including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) bedding complete all as specified

M&L for glazed ceramic designed coloured tiles as in vertical surfaces of size 300x450x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match designed incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified.

M&L 16 to 18mm thick granite stone (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, staircase tread & risers of steps, cooking platform, window cill/jambs etc laid bedded over 15mm thick CM (1:4) bedding & pointed in white/coloured cement to match coloured tiles including Rounding, grinding and mirror polishing complete. (Note : Colour of granite shall be as approved by Engr-In-Charge)

S&F for anodoised aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work for ceiling 605mm x 605mm using aluminium anodised sections aluminium sections main tee 36.5X25X1.4mm, cross 23.5X26.4X1.4mm, angle 25X25x1.4mm including cutting, drilling jointing etc complete including 4mm dia of GI hangers wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors and providing 6mm thick E-boards (Classic) 605mm x 605mm size Specified by Engr-in-charge and making good etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying primer @ 0.30/Kg per sqm and applying tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm laying 3.0mm thick polyster reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm one coat of bitumen based paint @1.20 ltr/sqm over APP membrane including removal of existing water proofing treamant on roof, sunken slabs, edges and vertical surfaces complete all as specified

M&L for applying a coat of reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg / sqm over Bitumen surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel holdfast, bands, straps, bracket/ clamp for eves gutter, valley gutter and similar conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium wind tie of any size fixed with self tapping screws of size 50/75mm with integral EPDM washer in roof covering and including dismantling of old wind tie complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick /stone masonry / concrete surfaces of wall / ceiling incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and deposited the debris outside the MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces at any height with neccesary scafoldings, finished even smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of damaged, loosened cement concrete/cement mortar in RCC walls/soffits of slabs and similar structure members up to depth of 20mm to 40mm cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc remove dust , dirt and other foreign particles etc and washing with water with pressure and applying bonding agent on old concrete surfaces all as per manufacturers instruction, Over prepared surfaces provide 20 mm thick High build polymer modified cement sand mortar ( 1:2.5 ) mixed with 10 liters (minimum) Nitobond SBR per 50 kilogram of cement of M/s FOSROC chemical ( India ) Pvt Ltd or Equivalent product of manufacturer all as manufacturers instruction including necessary scaffolding up to 12 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces with 3mm average thick wall care putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer including leveling the surface which undulation found with cement putty etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered external wall surface and applying two coat of weather proof (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer of the same manufacturer as that of paint complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Dulux Weather Shield Max or Apex Ultima from Asian Paints or Berger weather coat All guard).

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall by scrapping, washing, cleaning etc and applying filling the crack seal of walls with crack seal (on crack portion), and applying two coat of exterior damp proof painting one coat of primer from same manufacturer including necessary scaffolding up to 12 m complete all as specified and directed Make: FOSROC (damp proof) or equivalent
