Repairs to 800 mm ND Delivery manifold at inter-section of unit -1 and unit-4 by the way of: a. Dewatering the rising main by operating the washout value. b. Opening of inspection hole by way opening nuts and bolts which may also entail cutting the worn-out/rusted/ stuck nuts and bolts of inspection hole by using gas cutters or joint cutter machine as per site requirement. (12 No's) c. Cleaning of leakage spots. d. Fabrication and providing and fitting of 80mm X 4 mm strip all along the joint profile 3.5 m long profile. e. Welding of the above strip from both sides in order to achieve desired result. f. Re-fitting of the inspection flange by using new nuts & bolts, washers, RI Cloth gaskets mentioned below as per site requirement. Mobile workshop Vehicle with all necessary tools & tackles which includes DG-set along with electric cables, gas cutter, welding machine, joint cutter machine etc. required for completion of job in all respects, is to be arranged and brought to the site by the executing agency and finally testing of the job on full load after carrying out the necessary repair works
