Demolition of existing roof treatment of any type, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, (Avg 50 mm thickness) in roof for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC roof slab including mixing only water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply liquid waterproofing compound all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new cement mortar screed bed roof surface, providing water proofing treatment by applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105, in three coats (@10.76 litre / 10 sqm), first coat with self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1), second & third coats with undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application / system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete all as specified and as directed.
