Material and labour for mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed) not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete incl 15mm thick bedding layer CM 1:6 incl Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge,such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing incl 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 incl Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge,such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade, including grinding and polishing Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified Dark shade/double charged/ultracharged shade ceramic tiles 9 to 10mm thick polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but n exc 1.00sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat gray cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per ser item No.15 (here in before) but as in skirting and over 10mm cement backing coat in CM 1:4

M&L for coloured glazed tiles of size 300x450x7mm / 300x600x7mm thick Joinet with neat cement slurry in vertical surface to wall pointing in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, all as specified and directed

Material and labour for non-skid, ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in gray cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in , sub base; concrete surface finished even & rough to receive topping floor/tiles finish/layer complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection 75mm thick laid in bays including all necessary form work, finishing exposed edges fair and providing 10 mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protections duly filled with matic filling(one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three parts of sand) and surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified .

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor surface finished even & rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, making and fixing Gypsum Board False Ceiling straight or curved any profile which includes G.I. Perimeter Channels of size 0.55mm thick (having One Flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling,screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of Nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm centres. Then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 900mm centres with ceiling angle of width 25mm X 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457 mm centres 12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard (conforming to IS 2095-1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm dry wall screws at 230mm centres. Screw fixing is done mechanically with drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally tapered edges of the Gypsum boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with jointing compound, joint paper/fibre tape and two coats of dry wall top coat suitable for Gypsum board etc. complete as per the recommended practices / specifications of the manufacturer. Including two coats of primer suitable for gypsum board two or more coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and also including making necessary openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitable fixed all complete as per drawing and specification and direction. Rate to be inclusive of shadow profile at the junction of wall & ceiling, in between of ceiling, etc. complete. including all fittings approved by GE ,complete all as specified and directed.
