Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

S & F hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal dimensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 4 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or Bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixed on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 mm x 3 mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and drawn sub main wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable up to and including 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including non metallic PVC rigid conduit accessories surface type on walls, floors etc including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire all as specified. (Note : Two runs of copper conductor and one run of copper earth wire including PVC conductor will be measured and paid as one unit only) (For Street Light connection from Junction Box to Street Light)

Supplying, erecting and fixing new steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps 40x4mm.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 50 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps 40x4mm.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps 40x4mm.

Supply and fix steel light bracket made out of 40mm bore mild steel GI light grade tubing overall length 1.5m bend to shape as directed including providing 2 no's MS flat iron 40x6mm clamp of appropriate size with nut bolts washers duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer(GI surface shall not be painted) complete all as specified.

M&L for painting the existing LT steel poles of 9.0mtr long including cross arms,clamps,street light junction boxes etc with 1 coats of aluminium paint including thoroughly cleaning the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle15cm with black paint on poles. Painting the poles up to 1.5mtr height with alternate bands 30cm height(3 Nos black and 2nos yellow)from ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling LT steel tubular pole of any height by taking out from PCC foundation complete and shifting to other location as directed including fixing the pole in true vertical position including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and PCC 1:3:6 type C2(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in both foundation and coping of poles all specified in SSR part I-2009 and applying two coats of aluminium paint to pole surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of damage/broken coping of PCC/steel pole of any size and removing the debris from site including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and coping of poles all as specified in SSR Part I-2009 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 26.00 above here in before but depth above 1.5 m & below 3 m

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling riddled earth in trenches for cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down only shall be measured for payment.

Supply and Lay reinforced precast concrete cable cover LV, Type I, flat, size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick protection with common burnt brick sub class ‘B’ of size 230 x115 x75 mm for cable protection complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L in repairs for cement concrete in foundation (1:4;8) type D2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate for base of foundation complete as specified

M/L in repairs for cement concrete in foundation (1:3;6) type C2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate including form work complete as specified

M/L in repairs for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.
