Schedule 'A'Section-XV (Misc Items of Works) Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

SINAGE BOARD Corrosion free stainless steel pipe of size 40mm bore, outer dia 48.26 mm round/square, of grade 304-1500-1900-40S as in framework for sign boards & similar work including cutting, bending, welding and legs including excavation and earth work in Post Holes and embedding legs of frames in PCC (1:2:4) type B2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work in Post Holes and PCC in foundation shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. Only weight of pipe shall be measured and paid.

High intensity retro reflective sign boards made of hardened ACP sheet 2 mm thick POP riveted to stainless steel pipes as required. Sign boards shall be reflective on both sides with wide HP sheet and overlay film of blue/green colour with computer cut letters/sign and border made of high intensity grade white/yellow sheeting and mechanically fixed on ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. Notes:-(i) Stainless steel pipe will be measured and paid for separately under item No. 15.00 above. (ii) The rate shall include all computerized lettering of any height, width and any Nos and may consist of letter, symbols or alphabets in any pattern and of any size etc complete as per data provided during execution. (iii) The sign board shall be manufactured as per sample kept in GE office.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The unit rate includes for protecton pipe 15mm and GI earth wire 4mm from top of earth plate upto 7.50 metre above ground level.

Supply and fix LED Security search Light 350 watts, 230 Volts for use inside the watch tower cabin- High Intensity, long range (not less than 650metre), weather, dust and vermin proof complete with aluminum body having high conductivity heat sinks, toughened glass cover with rubber gasket held in position with help of cast aluminum retaining ring. The light shall be complete with long beam LEDs and suitable electronic driver. The search light shall be with its control gear in cast aluminum housing. The search light fitting shall be suitable for installing inside the watch tower cabin with manual arrangement for both vertical & horizontal operational control. The search light shall also consist 1 metre tripod stand with castor wheels for ease of movement inside the watch tower cabin complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Cost of stop cocks, PVC connections shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Bib cock and GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Exhaust fan of 300mm sweep,metal body, heavy duty, double ball bearing, 1400 RPM, 90 watt, 4 blades, air delivery 1710 m3/h, suitable for SP 230/250 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete with louver shutter including fixing/ grouting of frame & louvers in wall using bolts of bolts of suitable size & connecting with and including PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/00.0076 three core from ceiling rose to fan complete all as directed. Note : Cost for making opening in wall and grouting of mild steel work shall be deemed include in the lump sum cost of the building.

Building security light pressure die cast housing with epoxy power coated dark graphite grey color finish, prismatic polycarbonate cover with individual LED lenses.IP65, 20 watt with suitable in-built electronic driver complete fixed on bracket made out of 1.5 mtr long Med grade GI pipe 40 mm dia bend to shape as directed and fitted with MS clamps, nuts and bolts nad washers, connecting to ceiling rose/junction box with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated 3 core wire complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS H.D.P.E. Double Wall Corrugated(DWC) Pipes(ISI marked) 200 mm bore SN-8 Class as per IS 16098 part II for nonpressure Underground drainage and Sewerage applications with specials including cost of special O rubber ring couplers etc. , laid in trenches on concrete bed to level /gradient ,jointing with appropriate class fittings as per manufacturer's instructions including jointing accessories and fittings complete, all as specified and directed.

ROAD, PATH, CULVERTS AND HARDSTANDING WORKS M & L for precast (factory casted) cement Concrete kerb stone casted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with plain or interlocking joints (as directed), making groove in existing road of desired dimension, placing in erect position Kerb stone in edging and set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, making good distrubed surface of ground complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base (GSB) grading as per Grading II of Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 in a single layer over compacted sub grade consisting of natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the sub grade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98 % of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation stipulated in detailed specification having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 10 MPa, Minimum cement content not less than 150 Kg/Cum, DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials, spread evenly to uniform thickness, laid over DLC layer complete all as specified and directed. Note : No additional amount to be paid for overlap.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS Cutting existing GI pipe line 50mm bore at both ends and reducing to required length in position and inserting of new tee of size 50mm x 50mm x25mm for making branch complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Cost of tee with jointing material shall also be included in quoted rates.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 600 mm x 600mm x 600 mm (Internal size) thickness of walls shall be 23cm in brick work in cement mortar 1:6 internally plastered in cement mortar (1:6) and externally plastered in cement mortar (1:4) over 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 having 15cm offset around, including 4 cm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 on the top of the brick wall and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including provn of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commisioning HT 11 KV (E) XLPE cable, insulated, screened, sound compacted aluminium conductor, screening with extruded semi conducting layers, insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2) extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with amendment, size 3 core & cross section area 95 Sqmm, laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/along poles/walls/ equipment etc complete all specified and directed. NOTE:(i) All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre in addition to its own standard makings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. Cable shall also be tested in the presence of Engr-in-Charge after laying in the trench before returning filling in the trench. (ii) Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule

Supply/Laying / fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning, LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed cable heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ pipes/fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-.

M & L for trenchless boring in any strata of soil across road, pavement, hardstanding etc upto a depth as directed but not less than 0.60 mtr below GL/ road, pavement, hardstanding etc level for laying of LT cable under road, pavement, hardstanding etc without damaging existing under ground materials complete all as directed. Note : Protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit, for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured alumminum conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI Marked IS-5820 (Latest Edition) class LV, type-1, flat, of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover,ISI Marked IS-5820 (Latest Edition) class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for protection of HT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable route indicators made up of RCC M-20 grade concrete of dimension 450mm x 300mm x 100mm thick duly embossed of letters like HT/LT Cable including painting with paint of tint as directed with proper finishing and smoothing of surfaces and embedding of cable route indicators in foundation concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, transporting to site, erecting and fixing in truly verticle position, steel tubular swaged pole, type 410-SP-55 (11 metre long) complete finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, scerws as specified, CI base plate including drilling holes and painting with two coats of aluminium paint externally, providing 30cm wide alternate strips with white and black synthetic enamal paint upto 1.2m height from ground level and numbering the pole (with black and white paint), undergruound part of the pole shall be painted with black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet and angle iron 40x40x6mm thick frame work including four Nos of legs 60cm long each of 40x40x6mm thick angle iron, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer, front & rear opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with removable door shutter and locking arrangement {including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys}, internal wiring with PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 sqmm. The scope of work includes the following:- INCOMING (a) Aluminium bus bar of rating 400 Amps for four pole including PVC heat shrink sleeves (RYB & N ) : 01 Set (b) MCCB four pole 160 Amp confirming to IEC 65647-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 36 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 01 No. OUTGOING (a) MCCB four pole 125 Amp confirming to IEC 65647-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 25 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 02 NoS. (e) The cost of platform/foundation with PCC shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) All MCCBs/instruments/MCBs/Bus Bar shall be housed in a separate housing with on-off latches in the housing. (g) The consolidated rate for Srl No. 55.00 & 55.10 shall be quoted against Srl No. 55.00 of BOQ.

Notes (a) All armoured cables shall enter through bottom of the feeder pillar duly glanded and socketed and connected to MCCB/cable terminal. Cost of glanding socketing etc are deemed to be included in the unit rate of feeder pillar. (b) All the out going cable shall be terminated in bakellite cable connector and shall be duly glanded and socketed. (c) All the cables (power and control wiring ) should be terminated duly socketed with heavy duty tinned copper lugs, GI bolts/screws nuts, flat washers and spring washers as required. (d) White acrylic marker plate (for feeder / switch marking ) to be provided with black lettering by heat press machine as indicated in drawing and to be pasted over the panel door/near the cable connector with high quality adhesive. (e) The cost of platform/foundation with PCC shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) All MCCBs/instruments/MCBs/Bus Bar shall be housed in a separate housing with on-off latches in the housing. (g) The consolidated rate for Srl No. 56.00 & 56.10 shall be quoted against Srl No. 56.00 of BOQ.

LT PANEL Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified), LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) of appropriate dimensions (as per Indian Electricity rules) to accommodate following components, outdoor type, pedestal mounted front and back openable, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having 01 No bus bar chambers with insulated Aluminium bus bars 200 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators and cable alley for cables. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet and angle iron 40x40x6mm thick frame work including four Nos of legs 60cm long each of 40x40x6mm thick angle iron, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer, front & rear opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with removable door shutter and locking arrangement {including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys}, internal wiring with PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 sqmm. The scope of work includes the following:- INCOMING (a) Aluminium bus bar of rating 200 Amps for four pole including PVC heat shrink sleeves (RYB & N ) : 01 Set (b) MCCB four pole 125 Amp confirming to IEC 65647-2 & IS – 13947-3 thermal magnetic release and adjustable over load setting 0.8 – 1.0 x In and adjustable short circuit setting 6 – 10 x In and rupturing capacity 10 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 01 No. OUTGOING (a) MCB TPN 16-32 Amp and rupturing capacity 10 KA at 415 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 04 Nos. (b) MCB SPN 16-32 Amp and rupturing capacity 10 KA at 240 V AC , 50 Hz complete - 02 Nos.

Earthing complete with GI earthplate electrode 600mm x 600mm and not less than 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI/steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-1 2009, connected to equipments all as specified and indicated complete and including char coal dust & salt filling in alternate layers (each layer shall be 15 cm thick) and GI protection pipe, medium grade 40mm dia and GI watering pipe 20mm, medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC, M-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4kg/sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40 x 40 x 3mm frame for cover, PCC M-15 (nominal mix) pit, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe shall be deemed to be included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid for separately.

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The unit rate includes for protecton pipe 15mm and GI earth wire 4mm from top of earth plate upto 7.50 metre above ground level.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanished steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore medium grade, 2.5 m length , buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 m below ground level by drilling hole for electrode, connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 50mm bore for protection of earth lead and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI/CI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 2 on srl page No 496 of SSR Part I (2009) drawing and connection to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.

FIRE ALARM AND FIRE FIGHTING WORKS Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cabling for fire detection and alarm system with 1.5Sqmm 2 core annealed tinned multi strand copper conductor PVC Insulated flexible FRLSH wire in MS conduit as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing of 16 Gauge MS Conduit in size 20mm dia including the cost of junction box bends, elbow, sockets, Tee and GI flexible conduit to connect from ceiling to false ceiling etc laying in slab, cutting chasses and making good or surfaces mounting including all fixing hardware complete all as specified and as directed.

SUMMER APPLIANCES Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of self standing Water cooler fully stainless steel,puff insulated body, electric driven single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz having storage capacity of 80 Ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Ltrs per hour with reciprocating compressor, eco friendley R-134A refrigernt, externally mounted thermostat for easy regulating temperature with extra large stainless steel water tray for fast drainage of water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning Desert Air cooler, electric driven single phase having having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 Cum per hour factory made out of 1.0mm thick (20 Gauge) MS sheet powder coated, electric driven capacity 170 watt, 230V (single phase ), having approx storage capacity of 60 Ltrs with MS fabricated stand made out of 40 x 40 x 5mm angle frame duly grouted in wall, painted with 2 coats of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input varriation between 170 V to 290 V with output voltage stablized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 2.0 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit sch for buildings and other services i.e Sch 'A' section XIV (i.e Rs 21640.00) shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
