Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth upto 1.0 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil 70% and ordinary rock 30%.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing, laying watering and compacting in layers not exceeding 200mm thick with 80-100 KN road roller, RIVER BED MATERIAL free of organic material mixed with coarse aggregate / round Nalla shingle maximum aggregate size 75 mm including carriage from source of supply to site of work inclusive of all leads and lifts complete

Providing and Laying WATER BOUND MACADAM G-II with specified stone aggregate 63mm to 45mm of size including binding material Good Earth/Dust Complete, including spreading to template and consolidation with Power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc. complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity

Providing and laying of 25mm thick open graded premix carpet with specified graded stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant transporting the mixed material by tippers to pavers at site of work and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density and compaction including cost of preiming coat / tack coat / seal coat including filling of ruts and pot holes with wet mix macadam / BUSG / BM for which nothing extra will be paid seperately (bituminous used shall be VG-30 and grading of mx shall be as per the relevant clause of MORT and H) all complete incl. cost of bitumen and all sort of taxes incl. carriage

Providing and laying non-pressure of specified class R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement: 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete.
