Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in - charge.( nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix( i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grate excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level:( 1:4:8(1 Cement :4 coarse sand( zone-III), 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design. Mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transpored to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impariring strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer- in charge.( All works upto plinth level)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls of height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand :2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

15mm cement plaster 1:3( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on the rough side of single or half brick wall.

Taking out damaged existing gully grating with frame size of 500x450 mm etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In charge.

Taking out damaged exiting manhole cover with frame size of 560 mm internal dia etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame size of 560mm internal dimensizn EHD-35 approved make by K.K. Manhole grating as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. Road gully grating with frame of size 500x450x100mm internal dimension approved make by K.K. manhole grating as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position in position 12mm thick bitumen impregnated fiber board conforming to IS:1838, including cost of primer, sealing compound Grade-A in expansion joints.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
