Air Walker: Providing, designing and fixing of Air-Walker of size 100*550*1480mm fabricated with main post og 140mm dia and 3.00mm thick made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized, and powder coated 80-120 micron thick using Akzo Nobel or equivalent in desired shade and colour. All welding joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to br applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Base plate cover shall be made up of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational moulding with minimum 4.00 mm thickness UV resistant and colour as approved by Engineer-in Charge. High quality grip rubber should be used on handles. Foothold shall be made of Nylon alloy with rounded edge to prevent impact and injury. Maintenance free bearing should be used in equipment manufactured by reputed company duly sealed and self lubricated to be approved by Engineer in Charge. Equipment to be fitted with inbuilt limiters. The equipment should be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum streength M25 and J shaped welded bolts.
