S&F in replacement for Cl sluice valve, non-rising type conforming to IS-14846, sutiable for 150 mm bore pipe consisting of SS spindle as per IS 6603, Cast iron Body, Dome & Wedge as per IS 210, greasy jute type gland packing, fasteners as per IS 1367, Natural rubber gasket, CI manual hand wheel etc complete double end flanged and drilled, of Class PN-1.6 ( ISI marked) including all jointing materials such as rubber gasket insertion sheet nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 01 here-in-before but for 100 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for DI pipe special IS : 1536 / IS : 1537 – DI fittings and specials of class 'K7' like tee's, bends, sockets, collar's of junctioning and coupling etc of any type (flanged or socket/spigot type) or in new position with the help of connecting pieces for sizes upto 200 mm dia DI pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of centrifugally cast ductile iron pressure pipes flanged or socket/spigot type, Class K7, complete with all jointing materials, fittings, specials, testing and incidental works, for potable water distribution systems, IS : 8329 – Ductile iron pressure pipes, ISO 2531 / EN 545 – DI pipes for water pipelines, Internal Lining- Cement mortar lining conforming to ISO 4179, applied centrifugally. Lining shall be smooth, dense and uniform, suitable for potable water. External Coating- Metallic zinc coating of minimum 130 g/m², followed by a finishing layer of bituminous paint / epoxy coating, as per ISO 8179.Coating shall be continuous, well bonded and free from damage, strictly conform to IS : 8329 / ISO 2531 for Class K7 pipes ,100 mm (4”) dia ISI marked suitable for tighten joint in any length laid in trenches including removal of existing old pipe complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix in replacement of cast iron foot valve with strainer 150 mm dia, IS : 4038 – Specification for foot valves, Body-Grey cast iron of grade FG-200 / FG-260, robust construction, Seat: Gun metal integrally fitted and machined, Disc/Valve: Gun metal with rubber facing, Hinge/Spindle: gun metal, Strainer: Cast iron with adequately sized perforations to prevent entry of debris, Fasteners: Stainless steel / galvanized steel, working pressure up to 10 kg/cm², Foot valve shall be installed at the end of suction pipe inside sump/well, It shall be fixed vertically, truly plumb and properly supported, All jointing materials including nuts, bolts, gaskets and flanges shall be provided. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of valve pit of size 120x120x90 CM (All internal dimensions of the chamber) including excn and removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and M & L for brick massonary with cement mortar with 1: 6, 23 cm and flush pointing externaly as the work proceeds in the same mortar complete (using 30% old bricks & 70% New bricks) complete with the following specifications and as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (i) 10mm thick plaster internally in CM 1:6. (ii) 40mm thick flooring in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate over 75mm thick hard core of guage not exc 63mm thick. (iii) MS Angle iron frame (40x40x6mm) for cover and mild steel sheet 3mm thick cover with locking arrangement, handle and necessary hinges etc (iv) 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation. (v) Two coat of synthetic enamelled paint to cover and frame internally and externally over a paint of Red Oxide primer.

Supply & laying, jointing including testing and commissioning of 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed LT 1100 Volt grade and aluminum conductor confirming to IS 7098 laid in trenches/through pipe/ floor/ fixed on walls etc with fixing acessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 50 HP Centrifugal Pump Set, squirrel cage, 3-phase, 415V, 50 Hz, TEFC induction motor suitable for pumping application, complete with base from, coupling, vibration pads, terminal box, earthing arrangement and all necessary accessories as required for efficient operation,. The motor shall conform to IS : 325 / IEC standards, minimum IE3 efficiency class, insulation class 'F' with temperature rise limited to class 'B' Motor shall be suitable for outdoor use with IP 55 Protection. Note : The scope incl PCC plinth, alignment with pump set, complete mechanical and electrical connection and trial run to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
