Material and labour reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams, coloums, shelves, chajjas and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L repair to soffit of RCC slabs and similar works by dismantling of loose / disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any situation (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement and providing with weld mesh of weight not less than 3 kg / sqm, applying cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm, applying dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished rough and then a finishing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement after and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Granite stone slab 18 to 19mm thick (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like laid in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid on & including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Roughening of the bottom surface i.e. opposite side of exposed surface shall be made by means of araldite adhesive and sand, the rate quoted shall be included the same aspect.
