125 mm thick shingle or gravel granular sub base of grading II in spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

150 mm thick (Compact thickness) WBM in two layers (75 mm thick each layer) with coarse aggregates (granite, trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and directed.

100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of top layer including rolling with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

300 mm thick pavement quality concrete(PQC) as per design crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural strength 40 Kg/Square centimeter in pavement using non circular/ tringular synthetic fibers as par manufacturers instructions @ 0.25 % weight of cement (min cement constant shall not less than 400 kg per cubic metre) laid to level gradient and camber spread paved compacated and finished including necessary form work/shuttering complete all as specified and directed. Note : Non- circular/ tringular synthetic fibers shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

200 mm thick cement cocrete work wth RMC Road/ pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/Square centimeter in field using not less than 400 kg of cement per cubic meter laid to proper level gradient and camber, spread, compacted and finished including necessary form work/shuttering complete all as specified and directed.

400 Micron HDPE sheet manufactured using 100% virgin raw material, confirming to IS : 10889:2004, laid over sand layer including all necessary cutting, overlaps not less than 300 mm and wastage complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand layer shall be measured and paid separately.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavement by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

20 mm thick sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of 8 mm wide and 25 mm deep Construction joint and cleaning the joints with coir brushes and removing all the fine particles, cleaning concrete surfaces and joints with the help of air compressor and removing the loose materials and providing a 10 mm dia back up rod and debonding strip ( thickness 2 to 4 mm) applying primer to joint with light pressure and filling the joints with polyurethane base sealing compound (10 mm to 12 mm) including fixing masking tape to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to spillage of sealant complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of 20 mm wide Expansion joint up to full depth of slab and cleaning the joints with coir brushes and removing all the fine particles, cleaning concrete surfaces and joints with the help of air compressor and removing the loose materials and providing 20 mm thick pre formed HD 100 filler board and 25 mm dia back up rod and debonding strip ( thickness 2 to 4 mm), applying primer to joint with light pressure and filling the joints with polyurethane base sealing compound 10 mm to 12 mm (excluding 2 to 3 mm reses at top) including fixing masking tape to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to spillage of sealant complete all as specified and directed. Note : Filler board will be measured and paid separately.

Construction of 8 mm wide Dummy joint and cleaning the joints with coir brushes and removing all the fine particles, cleaning concrete surfaces and joints with the help of air compressor and removing the loose materials and providing 10 mm thick back up rod and debonding strip ( thickness 2 to 4 mm) and applying primer to joint with light pressure and filling the joint with polyurethane sealing compound 10 mm to 12 mm (excluding 2 to 3 mm reses at top ) including fixing masking tape to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to spillage of sealant including 3 mm wide saw cut up to 100 mm depth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only compressible preformed HD 100 fillr board 20 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed Precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete solid block exc 10 cm in width 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate), cement concrete in kerb stone, rounded or chamfered on edges set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated materials exceeding 500 m distance but not exceeding 1.5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces of road in rolling with 8-12 tonne power roller, including watering & filling in depressions which occur during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 21 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials exceeding 250 m distance but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only non circular/triangular synthetic fibers as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars complete all as specified and directed.
