Annual Rate Contract for lowering and unlowering of submersible motor pump set in various source (OW and TW) under City sub Dn. Ratangarh

Un-lowering of submersible pump set along with lowering pipes with depth up to 120 mtr and submersible cable with safety from tube well, checking the pump set, transportation of pump set from tube well site to store as direction, receiving repaired/ new pump set from store/ divisional store, testing the same, transportation to site and lowering back into tube well along with submersible cable, lowering pipes, specials etc and commissioning of the tube well. The job also includes cable jointing, checking of discharge of pump set, interconnection of lowering pipe from nearby distribution pipe line, checking of starter and reporting for completion of job or fault/ problem if any. ( Up to 20 Km distance run by lowering machine) For three Phase pump set G.I. Double Flanged pipe lowering assembly of nominal dia. 50 MM (New BSR 2019 Circle churu Item No. 2.1) Add above for above depth 120mtr for each 10mtr depth add 10% of item 2.1

Lowering of repaired / New pump set along with lowering pipe and submersible cable with safety in Open well for three phase pump set having G.I. double flanged /HDPE pipe lowering assembly of size 50 mm to 80 mm. it includes receiving repaired/ new pump set from store/ work shop with in boundary area of division and testing the same, transportation to site and commissioning.

Unlowering of pump set along with lowering pipes and submersible cable with safety from Open well for three phase pump set having GI double flanged/ HDPE pipe lowering assembly of size 50 mm to 80 mm, checking the pump set, reporting and transportation of pump set from tube well site to store.
