BOILER MECHANICAL OVERHAULING – 4 TPH IBR BOILER (01 NO.)

Complete execution of all labour, services, consumables and spare replacements for the comprehensive overhaul of the 4 TPH IBR boiler, covering all work items specified under the following scope categories in the above mentioned Scope of Work section: Pre-overhaul Activities; Mechanical Overhaul of Pressure Parts; Mountings Servicing; Chemical Descaling & Water Side Cleaning; Feed Water, Fuel Oil & Auxiliaries; Instrumentation & Electrical Controls; IBR Piping & Accessories; and Testing, Statutory & Commissioning. This includes but is not limited to: All necessary safety equipment provision; complete gasket, rope, and consumable replacement; servicing with replacement of minor spares/parts as required per the scope; chemical supply and temporary equipment setup for descaling; calibration; testing; and full coordination for statutory inspection. The contractor shall ensure all activities are performed as per the detailed specifications and requirements outlined in the corresponding Scope of Work.

BURNER, COMBUSTION SYSTEM & EXTERNAL WORKS

Complete execution of all labour, services, supply, erection, and commissioning for the burner, combustion system, and external components, covering all work items specified under the following scope categories in the above mentioned Scope of Work section: Burner & Combustion System Servicing; including all associated external works on the chimney and fuel system.. This includes but is not limited to: Mechanical servicing with replacement of components if required; supply and erection of new aviation light and lightning arrester system; fuel system cleaning; emission testing and certification; and all tuning, testing, and commissioning activities. The contractor shall ensure all activities, including the supply of specified new items, are performed as per the detailed specifications and requirements outlined in the corresponding Scope of Work.

MAINLINE STEAM TRAP – SUPPLY & SERVICE [THERMODYNAMIC]

Supply and Installation of 15 NB all-weather, thermodynamic steam trap, MOC SS304, socket welded ends, suitable for main steam line complete with all necessary gaskets and seals for installation

Supply and Installation of 25 NB all-weather, thermodynamic steam trap, MOC SS304, socket welded ends, suitable for main steam line complete with all necessary gaskets and seals for installation

Servicing of existing (15NB/25NB) all-weather thermodynamic steam traps. Scope includes disassembly, internal cleaning, inspection, service / replacement of parts if required of all internal wear components (discs, seats, gaskets), reassembly, testing for proper operation, and reinstallation.

Supply and Installation of 15 NB thermostatic steam trap, MOC SS304, socket welded ends, suitable for main steam line complete with all necessary gaskets and seals for installation

Supply and Installation of 25 NB thermostatic steam trap, MOC SS304, socket welded ends, suitable for main steam line complete with all necessary gaskets and seals for installation

Servicing of existing (15NB/25NB) thermostatic steam traps. Scope includes disassembly, internal cleaning, inspection, service / replacement of parts if required of all internal wear components (discs, seats, gaskets), reassembly, testing for proper operation, and reinstallation.

PISTON VALVE SERVICING

Servicing of existing piston valves of various sizes. Scope includes: safe isolation/removal; complete disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of all internals (piston, cylinder, disc, seat, springs, seals, pilot system); servicing or replacement of worn parts with OEM/IBR approved spares; reassembly with proper lubrication; bench testing; reinstallation with new gaskets; and final operational testing under steam
