Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Relaying the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab over the existing bed of Cement Concrete 1:4:8, (One Cement, Four Sand and Eight aggregate) etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour etc., complete .

Supplying and Fixing in position of best Indian make PVC Water Tank of 500 liters capacity confirming to etc.,complete .

Supplying, fixing in position best approved BIS quality PVC Rainwater downfall pipe of 110mm dia having 4 kg / sq.cm. etc., complete .

Supplying and fixing of 0.5 HP Jet pump motor including cost of necessary fiitings etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Servicing and fixing Rolling Shutter after removing the Hood cover and removing the spare parts and washing the parts etc., complete .

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved etc., complete.

Pointing the existing top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm, 12mm thick mixed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Letter writing over the infront of shop using synthetic enamel paint including cost of paint, brush and labour charges for painting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia PVC screw down tap of approved make conforming to BIS specifications etc., complete.

Deduct the cost of scrab material and dismantling the existing 0.5 HP jet motor in condemned condition.
