Material & Labour for earthing with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cm x3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the copper earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper strip 20x3mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil. earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit coker made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab and cover. wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of wall split type AC of capacity 2.0TR for heating and cooling facility complete with all accessories for connection and fittings complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: LG model No. LSA24ARMH L-Aura or equivalent make of model as per Appendix 'B'.

Supply and installation, commissioning and testing voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase with neutral, air cooled indoor type and design for input voltage variation between 170 volt to 250 volt with output voltage stabilizer at 230 volt with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and capacity of 5KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 50mm bore cast iron air release valve with two air outlets and fixing up in PP-R water supply mains with suitable jointing materials complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator over the LT cable made out of cast iron of dia 150mm and 12mm thick and marked with 'LT 1.1KV MES' on it, fixed with 40x6mrn MS strip upto length 200mm including 250mm x 250mm x 200mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning junction box for street light made out of thermoplasticof size 240mm x 160mm x 110mm front door opening with locking arrangement with 1 No. connector for connecting incoming and outgoing of cable including provision of 1 No. of MCB SP 6 Amps to control the pole light circuit and MS brackets made out of 32x4mm flat for fixing the box to pole complete with nuts, bolts and washers and suitable size of double compression cable glands for incoming and outgoing of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Fuel tank with level indicator having storage capacity not less than 8 (Eight) hours continuous running. (c) Silencer and exhaust pipe lagging with temperature and low lub oil pressure. (d) Engine safety protection for high water temperature and low lub oil pressure. (e) Gauge and meters such as lub oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, RPM meter. hour meter. etc.
