Demoliton of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding finishing surface of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) of average thickness 40mm in slope as required over roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge including troweling slightly complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM(1:4) on concrete roof surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair including taking down existing plaster and APP membrane all as specified and directed.Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm applied hot over a coat of bitumen primer on finished plastered surfaces and after laying of APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly laid APP membrane roof treatment over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster inculding wall finishes in any description on brick or stone wall etc., incl hacking out joints for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete.

-Ditto- all as per Srl item No.11 here-in-before, but 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even using integral waterproofing compound including Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete. Note:-Supply only of WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes rtc of following capcity.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc and 20mm ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball including taking down existing tank complete .

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc & and 20mm ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball including taking down existing tank complete.

S & F in repair, Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia (minimum weight 210 gms) complete.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store yard of bore 20 mm all as specified and directed..

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position as in walls ceiling floors etc bore of pipe 20 mm all as specified and directed..

S&F 20 mm dia galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls celling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 25mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe and single socketed in any length with rubberring jointlai in trenches, floors or fixed to walls.

S&F for Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes,including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend in any radius.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 including demolition & removing dubrish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed .
