Fabrication and installation of gauge posts at river banks including cost of civil works in foundation embedded in 1 : 2 : 4 reinforced cement concrete pedestal block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm including the cost of steel reinforcement, centering, shuttering, finishing, reinforcement over the 1 : 4 : 8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) cement concrete base of size 80 cm x 80 cm x 15 cm with 12 mm thick plastering complete and marking the gauge with synthetic enamel with standard metric gradation of 5 mm thickness in black and white alternately & red synthetic enamel of 5 mm width at at every 100 mm etc. complete.

Reinforced cement concrete gauge post of size 15 cm x 10 cm (one side tapered in 5 cm length) made with 1:2:4 concrete mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)- 1.80 m long. (10 x 1 = 10).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form for: foundation, footings, bases for column.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregated 40 mm nominal size.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing & fixing of GI pipe 100 mm diameter

Providing & fixing triangular sheet of size base 1.2m & height 1.2m) fitted with ms angle (35x 35 x 5 mm) including painting of target post

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade : New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Establishment of different types of Bench Mark of standard specifi cations including its painting, engraving etc complete including cost of manpower, material, labour, etc, as per directions of engineer-in-charge Musto type Bench Mark.
