Taking down existing tarfelt from roof and removing from site all as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) over roof ,surface finished even and rough mixed with water proofing compond complete all as speceified and as directed by engineer- in charge . Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as "supply only "

M &L For applying water proofing treatment with the following coats :- (a) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.4 Kg/sqm (b) Second Layer of APP based polymectric membrane minimum weighing 3kg /sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric land on primed surface by torch application (c) third coat of aluminium bituminous paint over polymetric membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, precast cement concrete tiles of size 250mm x 250mm x 20 mm as in foor top ,confirming to IS-1237-1980 laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut & plished between tiles 2 to 3 mm will be filled with cement mortar (1:2) by mixing of chemical or equilant approved by the GE etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) Type Bo using 12.5 mm graded stone agg as levelling course/mass concrete complete all as spd and directed.

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards fibre pulp insulation etc or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fof False ceiling 4 mm thick HPSC pre-prime non asbestos fibre cement building board (E-classic size 600mm x 600 mm/ 595 mm x595 mm ) decorative finish fixed with clips and screw including powder coated galvanised MS grid frame work false ceiling of ( Main Tee size 38mmx24mmx0.65mm cross tee 24mmx24mmx0.45mm ) and with slot for fixing including suspended with 2mm dia. GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purline of the roof complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer in charge.

S&F In Repairs for false ceiling 4 mm thick HPSC pre-prime non asbestos fibre cement building board (E-classic size 600mm x 600 mm / 595mm x 595 mm) decorative finish and fixed with from purline of the roof, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair 4 mm thick asbestos cement plain building board fixed to timber frame work/iron frame on ceiling surface complete all as specified & directed

M&L, applying three coats of white wash to ceiling including preparation of surfaces i.e (A C Board) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, in repair, 2nd class hard wood, plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn secured with nails or brads sectional area not exc 3 Sqcm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fast etc and making good the disturbed portion in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, depth as required, depth exc half brick but not exc one brick wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of AC (corrugated / semi-corrugated) sheets in roof covering including any type of ridges complete all as specified and as directed.
