Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacture ) with water absortion less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 ,of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 Coarse sand ) ,jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc,complete.Size of Tiles 600 x600 mm

Providing and laying ceremic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacture),of 1st quality conforming to IS :15622 ,of approved make ,in all colours,shades,except whitenlvory,grey, Fume Red Brown,laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand ) ,jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc,complete.

Providing and fixing were gauge shutters using galvanized MS wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both direciton with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws. 9.27.1 35 mm thick shutters 9.27.1.1 with ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished or required size 9.27.1.1.1 second class teak wood.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer on or more cost on old work including cost of all material, fitting, labour T&P etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel angle section of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fasterner, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters confirming to IS : 2202 (Part I ) non-decoverative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.

Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & door with MS flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolt complete. Galvanised MS wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides. All rate are excluding of GST (DSR code 10.29.1)
