Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges,making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

25 mm average thickness

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rustremover of approved make with paint brush and removing looseparticles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughlywashing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per directionof Engineer-In-Charge.

Bars upto 12 mm diameter

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.

Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).

25 mm average thickness in 2 layers.

12mm cement plaster of mix:

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Dismantling all type of tile work in wall, floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including it's base plaster, P.C.C. & stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Demolishing cement concrete/waterproofing top IPS manually/ by mechanical means including refiling and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

1:3:6 or richer mix

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing 15-18 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished and prepolished machine cut of any colour shade and size for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing and polishing, edge full moulding on both side or wherever necessarry as per drawing and instruction of Engineer Incharge etc. complete at all levels.

Granite of any colour and shade

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, plastic emulsion, water proofing cement paint and oil paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications including scafolding :

Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

On steel work

Providing and erecting at site bamboo double scaffolding wherever required to all height upto 7th floor as directed by engineer incharge before commencement of work and removing the same after completion of all external work requiring scaffolding. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge

Providing and fixing Fiber wire mesh 45GSM in corner portion and joints by providing 'U' nails complete as per approved design and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Grading of roof for water proofing treatment by adding polypropyelene glass fibers and adding recommended waterproofing admixtures @ 2% by weight of cement, marking lines to give appearances of tiles of 30cm x 30cm . (Polypropyelene Glass Fibers will be paid separately.)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm and down )

Supply of polypropylene glass fibers @ 125gm packet/cement bag for grading of roof and finishing top surface of terrace as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :

In 75x75 mm deep chase

Providing and applying three coats of Dr. Fixit Roof seal coating including preparing surface by pressure washing the surface to remove all algae, mould, dirt, dust, chalking and waste products. All visible hairline cracks more than 0.50mm and not giving hollow sound on the IPS/screed or at the junctions of flat roof & vertical parapet wall, pipe joints, should be cut and widen V shape with mechanical cutter in the size (6mm W x 6mm D) and fill with Dr. Fixit PU Sealant covering the entire area uniformly with suitable gun. Allow sealant to cure a minimum 24 hours. Apply minimum 50mm - 100 mm width 45 GSM Glass Fibre Mesh / non-woven geo textile fleece with the coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal classic along the length of crack. Apply one coat of Dr. Fixit Primeseal primer dilute with water in the ratio 2:1. Allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hours. Apply 1st coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic at the rate of 2.0 sqmt / litre / coat. An open 45 Gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm must be sandwiched between the first

and second coat. While the 1st coat is still wet, place the fibre mesh on it. Allow the first coat to dry for 6-8 hours.Apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal classic with the same application coverage. Application direction of second coat should be perpendicular to that of the first coat. Allow second coat to dry for 6-8 hours. Apply third coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal classic at an application direction that is perpendicular to that of the second coat with same application coverage rate. Check to see no void surface is left untreated / uncoated. Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum. A total thickness of 1 mm must be achieved when Dr. Fixit Roofseal classic is dry. Work Shall be got executed through certified applicator of the product manufacturing company only and work shall be guaranteed for 05 years by the contractor on requisite stamp paper including submitting written guarantee from said certified applicator.

Providing and applying exterior coating for wall including Cleaning the surface, removing the laitance, greese, old paints, contaminants, curing compound with wire brushing with water pressure wash. Fine hair line cracks more than 0.50 mm must be widened up to 5 mm minimum in V shape and then fill cracks with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste on masonry plaster surface. Apply primer coat prepared with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste and water in 1:1 proportion over the crack. Fill Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste when the surface is tacky and not dried completely. Press Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste firmly into the crack with a spatula or putty knifes and level with the surface. Care must be taken to avoid formation of cavities or bubbles during application. Allow it to set for 24 hours and then apply another coat of Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste. Apply one coat of Dr. Fixit Primeseal with water in proportion of 2:1 and stir well until a uniform consistency is achieved. Apply a single coat of diluted Primeseal on the cleaned substrate. Allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hours. Apply Base coat of undiluted Dr. Fixit Raincoat Waterproof Coating over the primed surface.

Removing and refixing existing of doors shutters with all necessary repair and staineless steel hinges for making in good operating condition by easying, cutting etc. using neceesary tools and plant, screws and as directed by Enigneer Incharge etc. complete

Providing and fixing on wall face/floor with clips unplasticised - PVC (SWR type 'A',working pressure 4 Kgf per sq cm ) pipes conforming to IS: 13592 including all fittings like Tee, Bend,cleaning type,Y etc.conforming to IS: 14735,scafolding & jointing with seal ring/ solvent cement and testing of joints complete, conforming to IS: 5382 leaving gap for thermal expansion of make Supreme/Kissan classic/Prince as approved by the Engineer in charge.

Single socketed pipes 110 mm diameter

Removing and repairing of loose/damage chaina mosaic waterproofing with 1:2:3 cement concrete laid to proper level and slope using silt free clear river sand including compaction, filling joints, adding recommended waterproofing admixtures @ 2% by weight of cement, finishing the top surfaces with broken china mosaic (broken piece of glazed tiled) of approved colour & pattern including neat cement float all complete as directed by Engineer In-charge.
