Dismantling bricks or stone Masonry in lime or cement mortar.

Excavation 0f Foundation in Mar, Kabar, Rankar and Kankar mixed soils including lead upto 30 meter and lift upto 1.5 m including filling, watering, ramming, of excavated earth into the trenches or upto the space and sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removel and disposal of surplus earth.

Preparation of subgrade excluding cost of earthwork

Cutting bending and placing TMT steel bar for reinforcement with cost of binding wire with required for proper completion of work including cost of materials , labours, T&P, etc.

Struck pointing with cement mortar (1:2) on bricks works including all Material & Labour and T&P etc.

Providing and Laying Non pressure NP-2 class (Light Duty) RCC Pipes with collarst jointed with stiff mixure of cement mortar in the propertion of 1:2 (1 cement:2 fine sand) including tasting of joint etc. complete

Laying C.C. M-15 (1:2:4) With cement , coarse sand of F.M not less then 2.5 and crused hard stone grid of size 4.75 to 20 mm size including all Material & Labour T&P etc.

12.5 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster on brick manosnary work including all Material & Labour and T&P etc.

Fixing of RCC Precast Boundry piller including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paints of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give to an even shade including supply including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Supplying Stone Dust for laying below brick soling including all cost of material,labour and T&P etc.
