Inter panel epoxy barrier to restrict are propogation from one panel to other.
Epoxy Casted current transformer 11 KV, 200-100/5A, core 1:15 VA, class 0.5, core 2: 15 VA, class 5P10.
Accessories like local remote switch breaker control switch (T-N-C), space heater with thermostat, DC & AC control circuit through MCB, indicating lamps for RYB, spring charge, DC supply healthy, breaker ON/OFF breaker in Service/Test.

Breaker shall be provided with following contacts (i) Auxiliary switch with 6 No ± 6 NC mounted on the draw out protection of the switchgear. (ii) Position switch with 3 No + 1 NC contacts for each position in service and test.
Note :- (i) All relays shall be microprocessor based. (ii) Panel height should not exceed 2300mm. (iii) Fabricating, erecting of HT copper bus bar of 630 Amps capacity of suitable length for connecting of new panel with alley of existing HT panels by necessary opening/cutting sheet of panels for ine No HT VCB which has to be installed in main Sub Stn and other HT VCB shall be installed as incomer VCB in proposed Sub Stn and connected with outgoing VCBs 6 Nos against ser item No 52 of BOQ. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate, incl all fixing materials like copper bus bar, nut, bolts, washers and T&P required at site to make the entire system function able. All material deemed to be included in the rate quoted and nothing extra payment on this account will be admissible to the contractor. (iv) Drawing shall be approved by GE before fabrication.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing HV junction box /Kiosk having feeder pillar suitable for 3 phase 11000 Volts, AC, 50Hz supply, outdoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof with IP-54 protection, pedestal mounting suitable shape and size in mm 1200(H) x 1000(W) x 550 (D). Feeder pillar made out of 3mm thixk MS sheet having canopy on top including locking arrangement on both side and duly powder coated paint of color as approved by GE, mounted on 40x40x5mm angle iron frame and 400mm long legs duly painted with black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Aluminium bus bar 400 Amp minimum size 40x10mm supported on 11KV resin cast insulators to accommodate 1 incoming and at least 2 outgoing cables of max size 3x240 sqmm with spacing as per IE rule and including PCC work for fixing panel legs. Panel shall have two Nos doors each for front and back and shall be fixed with hinges alongwith locking arrangements on each door. Enameled danger board with 'DANGER 11000 Volts' must should be displayed in the left hand side of front and back door. Two Nos earthing bolt shall be provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, manufacture and supply of float cum boost SCR controlled 24 VDC, 25 amps, single phase battery charger and distribution board in a common cubical, the charger is suitable for 230 VAC input & output 24VDC, 100 Ah battery with 12 volt x 2 Nos batteries 100 AH, including heavy duty trolley complete all as directed.
Supplying and laying synthetic rubber mat insulated for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2 meter x 1 meter x 20 mm complete all as directed.
