P/L in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 Nominal mix including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (1 Cement :4 F.A.(Natural/M-Sand) :8 C.A. ) with 40mm aggregate

P/L in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 Nominal mix including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (1 Cement :3 F.A.(Natural/M-Sand) :6 C.A. ) with 20mm aggregate

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc.

12 mm thick cement mortar pluster in 1:6 mix(1: cement 6: fine sand)

Steel work in built up sections /framed work incl cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc.in trusses ,column,etc

Apply two or more coats of epoxy paint including priming coat

Carriage of Stone aggregate for 20 km
