Providing and laying of GI pipes complete with cost of G.I pipes/fittings/gate valves/ sluice valve / flow meter on R/main & G/main / distribution system / all types of pipe specials & installation of tap connection as per site requirement including carriage.

Civil Work

Construction of collection tank in all kinds of soils (80% all kinds + 20% rock) of internal size 2.60 x 2.60 mtrs having depth 2.15 mtrs average in trench at wall thickness 0.15 mtrs with 1:1.50:3 mix bed slab laid over 0.15 mtrs thick mud mat 1:4:8 mix RCC walls in 1:1½:3 with reinfornment @ 80kg percum and RCC work in Beams, Slabs, Dome etc. in 1:1½:3 with centring and shuttering and 12mm thick plaster in cement motor 1:3 in side the tank and 12mm thick cement motor plaster in 1:4 mix outside the tank inclusive of mixing water proofing material in promo are equivalent @ 1kg/50kg of cement (complete job- details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing inclusive of filling available earth back in trenches all complete. (Turn key Basis)

Construction of 3000GPH Slow Sand Filtration Plant by way of earthwork in Excavation by manual means including disposal of excaveted earth having inlet valve of size 1.25x1.00x1.00 mtrs, prefilter with size 2.50x3.00x1.00 mtrs and hopper porsition with conical size 2.00+0.05/2 X 3.00+0.50/2 X 1.50 mtrs having stair toe as 1.60 x 0.90 x 0.60 mtrs with mud mat in 1:4:8 mix below each having thickness 0.15 mtrs and mud mat of same specification below roughing fillter with size 3.40x3.80 and clear water tank of size 2.00x1.50 mtrs. The same specification mud mat shall be below plinth protection all around the filtration plant with width 0.75 mtrs but with thick ness 0.10 mtrs. The inlet bed, walls, prefillter hopper bed and slanting portion as also the walls, roughing fillter bed, hunches, RCC beams, Beam rests, Slab prefillter, clear water tank etc to be in RCC 1:11/2:3 mix with thickness of 0.15 mtrs and walls over slanting portion in thickness 0.20 mtrs whereas the tray and water trough to be in thickness of 0.10 mtrs with similar specification. The step flight/steps to be in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix with standard thicknesses and all components to be finished smooth both from insight and outside with 12mm thick cement plaster mix 1:4. The item is inclusive of centering and shuttering and sturtting propping etc as also removal of form work in all the sub component of the filteration plant. cement concrete flooring to be in 1:2:4 mix finished with a neat coat of cement sulurry. Dry brick on edge flooring with FPS class designation 75 to be provided in filter and half brick masonary in foundation in plinth in cement motor 1:3 mix such as Alumin chamber, byferacation of clear tank and V-Notch. All water bearing structures to be mixed with water proffingmaterial " Impermo" or equvilant in cement concrete @ 1KG/50Kg of cement and incorporating (during concreting) GP Sheet strip water seal 1.25mm thick nominal size to form a continous barrier especially in prefillter and roughing fillter including filling of available excaveted soil back into trenches, P/F MS Plates with deleivery, distribution, wash out and over flow pipes-04 Nos. Finishing all the structrures with water proffing cement paints of approved brand and manufature, all as per drawing to beprovided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) The Job includes carriages of all the materials.(Turn key basis)

Construction of 10000 Glns Cap GSR round shape with internal diameter of 4.80 mtrs and height of dome from bed slab as 4.10 mtrs upto curvature of the dome with 1:11/2:3 mix Reinforced cement concrete with reinforcement as per standarad norms in Bed Slab and Gola and 1:2:4 mix Cement concrete in Beams, Slabs, Dome, and 50mm thick flooring etc. with standard specifications of mud mat, plinth protection etc complete with reinforcement, form work, fand cement plaster 12mm thick in 1:3 mix complete with admixtures, fittings, steel built-up sections and carriage inclusive of standard fitting like PVC plain bends, MS Plate with delivery ,distrinbution wash-out.(Complete Job- details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing all complete. Construction of Chain link fencing around various civil structures with angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm for vertical posts and 40mm x 40mm x 6mm for Top and Bottom members embeded in cement concrete block 1:2:4 concrete mix of size 2.0x2.0x2.5 ft at 6 ft C/C for a length of 360 ft with standard gaze and mesh aperture including gates mounted on iron posts. Construction of Anchor Blocks of size 1.0x1.0x1.0 mtrs in cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with 20% boulders, embedded 0.50 mtrs in ground including excavation, centering shuttering, sturtting, propering etc., all complete inclusive all carriage of material. (Turn key basis)
