Supply & fixing of AC box by sheet steel enclosure in single pole and neutral fitted with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB, 240 volt, 20 Amps , 'C' series of suitable rating complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for sub main wiring with two run of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor (Multistrands), single core of size 4.0 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed as earth (In Green Colour), flexible copper conductor (Multistrands) for continuous earthing conforming to IS 694 with latest amendments including PVC conduit and draw in PVC rigid conduit 25 mm dia , connecting incoming / outgoing electric connections by using required size copper lugs / thimbles and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing colour (distumber, Oil bound, Samosem etc ) complete in all respect all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Two run of single core cable with one run of contineous earth wire of copper conductor wire flexible (Multistrand) of FRLS PVC insulated shall be measured and paid as one unit length 2. PVC conduit pipe 25 mm dia medium grade with fitting shall be deemed in the item rate

Taking down old unserviceavle AC 2/1.5 TR split type and disconnection indoor and out door unit and other connecting items and deposite to MES store all as specified and directed

Supply and fix ceiling fans copper wounded, bouble ball bearing, complete with three blade, down rod suitable size, accessories 230V, 1200mm sweep, energy saving fans, white colour including 3 core PVC insulated seathed flexible wire suitable size suitable length as requited at site and connection with ceiling rose and marking " MES NO- ,Unit -GE(Army) Dhar Road" with black enamelled paint with stancil complete all as specified and directed Make Havells/Crompton/Bajaj Note :- Contractor will submit inventory for installed ceiling fan duly signed by user unit QM/OC/CO.

Taking down old unserviceable ceiling fan any size 1200/1400 mm any type complete and deposit to E/M MES store etc all as directed at site

Supply and fixing down rod 15 mm dia , MS pipe havy grade ,duly double coat painted in white colour over one coat of red oxide, enamelled paint with proper clamping with clamp and rubber real including locking arrangement nut bolts etc, making holes suitable length all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling fan regulator electronic step type 230 volt AC, flush mounted 80 watt all as specified and directed
