Maintenance of various colonies under South Zone.Sub Head - Cleaning and sweeping of Divisonal Office SPD-2 at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

Cleaning of office rooms, common area and areas near surrounding of the office building by sweeping dusting/rubbing with wet cloth or duster on floors with good quality of phenyl to keep the floor neat & clean and cleaning and dusting of window glass , doors ,office table , Chair , almirah, other furniture etc including collection and carriage of wept rubbish and garbage etc. within the office complex and dispose of the same to the nearest dust bin as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes all tools & material (i.e. phenyl,glass cleaner, room freshner, hit, plastic balti, pvc scrubber, broom, wiper, duster, pooncha), tackler material equipment etc. required for the work. (cleaning to be done on every working day).

Cleaning the toilets of office complex of SPD-2 including cleaning of floor, W/c pan, wash basin, urinals etc. by using necessary acid, phenyl, brush, odonil, duster,urinal cube, scrubber, handwash, detergent etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes all tools, tackler material equipment etc. required for the work. (Cleaning to be done on twice in a day).
