Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick in concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

Removing existing tarfelt from roof at any height & providing water proofing treatment with five layered 4mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene) modified bituminous members reinforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 180 gms/sqm as center core and without multiple layers of polyethene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polytheylene, applied by thermofusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of membrene after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/sqm over roof (an overlap of 100mm & 150mm shall be provided on side and ends respectively), including carrying out watertightness test in case of RCC slab at a height upto 25 mtrs complete all as manufacturer instructions and including necessary scaffolding and all safety arrangements etc.

Supply and application of Sealant Ottoseal S 70 Premium silicone at the junction of the windows, sky lit roof, wall-floor tile joints (make-Chogule Construction Technologies) or equivalent in M/s STP, M/s Pidilite, M/s Buildcore complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 75 cm center to center at 45 degree in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-incharge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plsticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. (for repair to slab) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs plain Aluminium sheeting 0.71mm thick Alloy 31000 H4 in as in crumple joints all including necessary fixing arrangements such as screws, clamps at a height upto 30 mtrs and also including scaffolding and all safety arrangements complete all as specified and directed

M&L in repairs 75mm dia CI Nahani trap with grating, jointing to waste pipe in run lead including PCC 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed
