Providing and fixing in place a full height storage cabinet 450 mm deep made with 19 mm thick ISI marked ply borad, all interior surfaces to finished with pasting of 0.8 mm thick mica and all exterior surfaces to be finshed with pasting of 1 mm thick mica of texture and colour as approved by Engineer in Charge including all labour, T&P, other items like (but not limited to) fevicol, nails screws, higes, sliders,door handles, multipurpose lock of godrej or equivalent rate etc. required for proper completion of works, to be measured interms of front area only.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre/10 sqm)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Renewing Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.8 mm thick fully perforated calcium silicate board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process to give stable crystalline structure with minimum compressive strength 225 kg/ sq. cm, bending strength 100 kg/sq. cm , of size 595x595 mm, having perforation of dia. 10 mm with minimum perforated area 18 % with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC ( Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.85, with 50 mm thick rockwool of 48 kg /cum backing.

Supply and fixing brass polished hydraulic door closure of approved make & quality its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and Fixing of 8 mm Table top glass with edge polish all repect as approved by E/I

Providing& making & fixing of Wall Panneling as per drawing from claded with 12mm water proof & Fire Retardent ply & final surface to be finised with 5.5 mm thick MDF & 1mm Laminate complete with painted or polished as per the approved desin all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by E/I

Supply and fixing brass polished Godrej or Equivalent make 200mm Door handle set with Lock BodyGodrej or equivalent make its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing & fixing of Lamination both side on flush door complete with all fittings(excluding cost of Door Lock & Door Closure), etc all complete all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing & Fixing of 12mm toughned glass partition with 12 mm modi float glass fixed edge to edge as per design and drawing and polished where repaired along with necessary hardware all complete as per drawing specification and direction as approved by E/i

Providing & Making & Fixing of Wall Pannelingas on damaged surface The surface cladded with 6mm Water Proof & Fire Retardent ply fitted with the help of nails sulution on wall surface as per the approved design all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by the Architect/ Engineer -in-Charge. Providing good quality markeen for proper bindig file and document as per direction of E-I-C.

Providing labour for proper arrangement of binding file and shifting files and furniture from one place to another place with required labor, T&P for proper completion of work.

Providing & fixing of Excutive office computer work station cum work table of different sizes as per requirment fitted in Room No.606.The Unit shall be measered by length x breadth of worktop and 0.76 mtr hight. The Entire Above Unit Shall be Fabricatrd with 19 mm Block Board Superior Quality Swastik Made all Extirior surface with approved Quality 1 mm sunmica laminate and intirior faces finished with 10x20 mm thick sprit polish teak wood beading.t.One no drawer nd one flap door fabricated with the help of 19 mm block board Swastik Block board /green or equivalen The cup-board shall have lockable magnet door fabricated with 19mm block board fixed to cup-board with magnet and having in handle The main table rack shall be approved matel handle and necessery m.p lock. all drawrs shall be provided with approved qaulity slider machnism. Providing and fixing superior,approved quality cotton curtain height approximately 2.65mtr upper side margin 0.05mtr, lower side margin 0.02 mtr, upper side margin fitted proper tape for hanging curtain with the help of hooks and rings at DIFFRENT cabin of Shakti Bhawan Extn, Lucknow as per direction of Engineer in charge. The work includes cost of all labour, material and T&P etc.
