| 1.01The solar lighting company must have inhouse NABL accredited lab with scope as per ISO17025:2017 to include for testing Safety and Performance Standards for LED Lamps, LED Modules, LED Drivers, Luminaires and Photometry parameters as per LM79:2019 and IES TM30-18 standards. Luminaire must have Green & Red indicator lights for showing charging of battery and low battery voltage respectively. Light fixture must also have protections like Over-Charge protection, Deep-discharge protection, current protection , Short circuit protection , Over voltage protection. The light fixture should come with a PIR sensor for auto dimming of light fixture based on movement and Complete system should be designed to provide 2 days (24 hours) backup in dimming mode. The solar lighting companies must have toll free base service network to provide immediate after sales service networks available in different districts of the state.
