M&L for chipping, removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge, hard concrete should not be removed by force including necessary scafolding for high rise bldgs etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement wire brushing to remover loose rust spalls with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed

M&L for carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100 mm through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5) so it has not carcinogen activity with concrete.

M&L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete.

M&L for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plsticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down old tarfelt

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete as a leveling course on roof surfaces and coping etc.

M&L for laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not F92 less than 150 gms/sqm) land on a coat of bituminous primer 0.25 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface of plaster as per manufacturer's instructions, manufactured by the same agency of APP membrane. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch on application with minimum 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertial surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant complete all as specsified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, unctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces and applying one coat of bitumen primer (Black magic/equivalent) @1 ltr/sqm suitable for arresting leakage/seepage of rainwater, applying with spray or brush and ensure all the cracks should be sealed properly as per manlufacturer's instruction etc all as specified and directed.
