B/R PORTION Demolition of concrete of any description (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of timber as in formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, column and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete square, circular rectangular on plan or polygonal all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Nomial Mix) (using 20mm gradedstone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT reinforcement bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT reinforcement bars of 5 mm dia and over up to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel 20mm dia screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut all as specified and as directed.

S & F Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of using tubular sections section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel work in tubular trussess including special shaped washer etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS Gde Yst 240 all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws except sheeting complete all as specified and directed.( Note : The sheet obtained from dismantling to be reused for the shed)

S & F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa (AZ-150) as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 MPa (AZ-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm , with broken stone or boulders , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B- 1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glass dividing strips, 1.5mm thick and ditto inserted in position, conform to design 38mm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 25 above but One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm burried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m depth below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to & including Galvanised earth wire of size 4mm by mean of GI bolts & check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel etc with provision of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No-3 of SSR-2020 including RCC cover and MS angle iron frame, watering with GI pipe 20 mm dia (medium grade) & MS funnel, concrete pit including excavation and earthwork and testing on completion etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :(i) Refilling of the earth pit shall be carried out with black cotton soil. (ii) GI wire 4.0mm dia & GI protection pipe upto 7.5 m length will be measured under this item. (iii) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil all as specified and directed

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 50 mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / fixing on walls / poles or passing through pipe including connecting up with suitable glands, lugs, nuts and bolts wherever required and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for HDPE Double Wall Corrugated (DWC)pipes,ISI marked,with outer diameter 50 mm and inner diameter 38 mm conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP protection of IP-67 including necessary pipe fittings such as couplers,end caps,bends,clamps etc laid in trenches/on wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
