Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid.

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected.

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever.

The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27

Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents.

All the Work done certificate uploaded should include E-procurement indent number.

Technical Criteria

General

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, achieved in at least two financial years minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of Electrical works only) of Rs. 64.29 lakhs

Others -- Turnover Certified should be issued by the Charted accountant (With profit loss statement with UDIN)

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, satisfactorily completed at least one Similar Nature of Work like providing Decorative lighting in any ULB for amount of Rs.32.15 Lakhs as a prime contractor.

Executed in one year in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, the following minimum quantities of work 1)LED pixel bulb/Decorative Series Light Set consisting set of 1000 Nos. of LED Lights-1832.56 Set, 2)Decorative/pixel bulb set of 9W or above consisting set of 50 Nos. of LED Lights-308.98 Set
