Repair and Maintenance of Infrastructure Assets CP Division during 2025-26.Sub Head Providing and applying Thermoplastic paint for Road under Hanuman Road Bangla sahib lane Minto road and Chelmsford Road under jurisdiction of Hanuman Road service

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. Note: 1. Thermoplastic material confirming to IRC 35-2015(up to date version) and proposition of components of material such as binder, glass beads, pigments (Titanium dioxide /yellow pigment) filter etc, alongwith the desired luminance for required Retro Reflective performance test after seven days and two years, 2. The security deposit and PG amount equivalent to this item shall be released after satisfactory aforesaid test and after two year from completion of work. 3. Thermoplastic marking of 2.5mm thick shall be in shape of strip line/zebra crossing, letter, numbers, diagonal and chembroens etc
