M & L Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured (light colour as approved), of size 450X300X7 mm (or size available in market as decided by engr-in-charge) thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per SSR Part-II complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width & stick inside with solvent cement for stile and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. S&F PVC hollow wall lining interlocking type of 7mm thick plain/coloured fitted in to the wall with PVC rawal plug and steel screws including fillets on joints as per manufacturers instruction etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- If any minor electric fittings and fixtures disturbed there will be match and fixed as existing.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, in soft/ loose soil getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of 100mmx100mm size of mesh with 3.15mm dia galvanised steel wire (as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Supply of chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid seperately.

S & F mild steel in flat iron strip 40 x 6mm, in available length in FE 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F 0.56mm thick plain aluminium sheeting Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hip valley gutters drip and straight flashing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
