The bidder in his name, should have in the last five years (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.2.76 lakhs in proof of this Turnover Certificate duly certified by Charted Accountant shall be furnished. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of 2026).

The prospective Bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor at least one similar work of construction of platform /construction work involving welding in risky area, value not less than Rs. 1.38 lakhs in any reputed Industry/PSU/Government organization in the preceding five years (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). In proof of this, the bidder should submit work done certificate and corresponding work order issued by competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer). (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2026).

ESI registration certificate

The bidder shall not have been subjected to forfeiture of EMD/ foreclosure/termination of their Contract in KPCL or Government or any other utility or shall not have been blacklisted for participating in tender by KPCL or Government or any other utility in India during the past five years. Bidder shall furnish self-declaration in this regard
